Yes you are, FAR is in the oil and gas game and to be a producer you first have to be an explorer, unless you have bought into existing producing assets. Only time will tell if we remain an explorer but it is a high risk game and if you find something that can be taken to production then you grab the opportunity , you can still explore as a producer.

Jubileee was taken from discovery to production in 3.5 years thats fast and not easily repeated but 10 years no way, 4-5 years yes.
Senegal needs the revenue produced from oil they will be applying a blow torch to the Y-fronts of the JV partners.

Being a better TO target if we are worth less means we will get less, who want's that.

Being a non producer in a falling Oil market certainly doesn't effect us from an income point but does from a sentiment point and reduces the value of our assets it will also have an effect on our JV Partners and the break even point for development
