PDN fell for a number of reasons:
1) As Harajuku mentioned poor energy/mining results today across the board
2) Many people dont have the $$ to buy their .26c entiltlements so they will sell their stock to get this money
3) With a 2 for 1 CR this stock is going to be heavily diluted.
I dont think the price will drop to .26 cents, but I think it will get close.....
