Since it is a shell...and to be bought...how is that 'hopefully for the better'? Can't imagine it will be bought for anything substantial. Since it has nothing substantial. And nothing substantial in the deal, no doubt, to distribute to shareholders it has strung along for over a year....And this in a sector that has mostly been doing well for years. We are so proud of CQA. Have they considered a lemonade stand?
So, if the 'change of direction' is for the better. Is that CQA remains a listed company with new management (please)....or is it just to be bought...and we can guess the rest....Been expecting it...
