As we’ve indicated in our recent releases, our current priority is on capital initiatives to put the company in a solid position to move forward.  We’re working with Helmsec Global Capital Limited on capital initiatives – the first stage of which is the share reduction to be considered at the EGM on 24/11.  Once that process is completed, we’ll then be in a position to progress some funding initiatives which should provide a solid foundation to focus on re-building value in the company.

We’re all very disappointed with the current share price which doesn’t sensibly reflect the underlying value in our projects.  This is partly due to the market waiting to see how we progress our capital initiatives, and to a generally subdued market for junior exploration companies.

We anticipate being in a position to announce further details on our capital initiatives post the EGM on 24/11.
