This is better news than we were expecting, as opposed to a highly dilutive cap raising many were fearing plus as per wording in the annc, lenders are very supportive of this proposed transaction... win win for all.
if this opens under 5c-6c range, I am grabbing more...

20 cents a share. You have to be joking right.
This is BAD NEWS. We are going to give up the asset quite cheaply. I'd say 5 or 6 cents a share.
WE will never be able to see any further mine improvements or any potential recovery in copper price.
I guess it is better than going into administration
