Not exactly sure about before 2014 ends, but IMO Quanta is right.
Because we were approached by another company to produce this hydrocarbon detector, I believe once we have created a prototype and successfully tested it (in which we just have), we will now license it out to the company, and the company could possibly further work this with their science team (of maybe 200+ people?), but I'd say a licensing agreement is within reach now
