GENERAL: IFT: Infratil AUD FX Rate for Interim and Special Dividends

Infratil advises that the foreign exchange rate to be used for the Infratil
Limited interim and special dividends to be paid to Australian investors on
15 December 2014 in AUD was set at 0.9230, being the RNBZ 11.10am reference
rate on the business day immediately following the record date of 28 November
2014.
