Singapore operations are quite small, I think the forex impact could have a little effect as was at 1.17 steady at time borrowing was done and is not 1.10, over $100 million or more that can be $6 million dollars in hit, but they may well be hedged anyway. Risky borrowing large sums overseas though, it has been the USD mostly hit though also.
Certainly be interesting what happens, sell off indicates downgrade but maybe was unfounded and they are halting it to get facts cleared which could be smart.
