Note that here they report a sensitivity limit of 61 ng/L at 10% CV. Compare this to any other high sensitivity troponin test on the market - Abbott, Beckman and Roche assays in particular and you will see that the minicare TnI assay still needs approximately around a 3-5 fold improvement in sensitivity or more. This will place minicare TnI detection on comparable levels with those laboratory based assays approved for 3 hour rule-out.
