MSB will avoid a capital raising because Teva is going to "take care of MSB"

And, according to your post, the way that will happen will be, not via the extension of a shareholder loan by Teva to MSB, and not by the issue of new MSB shares to Teva, but by Teva making milestone payments to MSB.

Now, given that:

1. there has not been any public disclosure by either MSB, Teva and Cephalon relating to details around milestone payments, and
2. Teva have not - to date - made one single milestone payment to MSB

can you please tell us what milestone payment(s) is/are due to be paid in the next 12 months, and - of obvious importance - the dollar amounts involved?

For it seems that you have in your possession, some vital information that very people in the world (not even the analysts that you love to quote) do, in relation to details of upcoming milestone payments (details to which, it must be said, only a handful of key executives from both companies - and Dolcevita from HotCopper, seemingly - are privy.)

Here's a great opportunity for you to significantly allay the fears of mum n dad investors.

Simply provide the details of the milestone payments that you are so certain Teva will be making to MSB over the foreseeable future that will obviate the need for the company to raise new equity capital.
