    Red Fork assets were valued by Lee Keeling & Associats as of 12/13 at $277 MM 1P NPV10. This was at $100/barrel of oil. At $60/barrel 1P NPV10 is $166.2MM. If we divide this figure by the number of shares on issue we get a share price of $0.33/share.
