Hubert, everything you say makes sense - on the basis you trust the directors motives.
Issues that prevent me doing the proposed trade is,
1. Will the directors be able to complete the sale. Track record of board is they haven't completed anything in 3 years.
2. What guarantee is there any capital will be returned to shareholders.
I I wish you well on the trading opportunity, I admire your faith in the board.
