There is not a 'class action' up and running yet officially as MB want to assess what losses may be incurred by retail clients first. They acknowledge many retail clients have been taken by surprise by this course of events.
I sent them a msg a couple of days ago which you can do from the following link to express your grievance and then they will email/phone you and keep your details on file to follow up when we know the extent of damages etc.
It is of course possible there will be no losses incurred if the share price rallies but one could also argue you have already been deprived of realizing a 'profit' whilst other share holders have the ability to do so..... hardly a fair and equitable float?
