Ann: Letter to Overseas Shareholders regarding Rights Issue, page-2

To all AGS shareholders (happy or not so happy ones - mainly the latter, I presume...):

No need for me to reflect any longer IF I should or should not participate in this "Rights Issue", as ALL shareholders residing outside of Australia/NZ are NOT invited...
This is a bit strange in my view, as I would have naturally assumed that the AGS Management would have liked to see a solid uptake of this "Rights Issue", which would have been helped by involving everyone possible. BUT: Just PERHAPS it is AGS' Management's strategy for this to fail??

Incidentally: Nothing whatsoever surprises me any longer here....
