BCI only has A$15m capex for FY2015.
BCI is only valued at $14m, share price was smashed over 90% from its high of $5.50 in October 2013, not long ago.
ASIC short position reported on 27 November 2014 (when BCI was trading at 56c)
BCI: 9% of total issued shares were shorted
AGO: 13% of total issued shares were shorted
