$1,200 / 0.80 = $1,500
If AUD gold price remains around current range...and markets tank taking down NST with them then strong buy.
If AUD gold prices gets to $1,500 and markets tank taking NST with them...then NST very strong buy.
Annual dividend 3.5 - 5.0c on $1.00 SP entry point is better return than bank interest.
Same dividend on $0.70c share price is excellent return....and no need to worry too much about SP as it should always return to $1+ provided gold price around AUD $1,400

This is what I will be watching for. If AUD gold price can remain stable or increasing during any market turmoil then and good dive is a good big buy... IMHO
