As bnd are in administration I would assume that all Anns need to be issued from the administrator (ppb), who may feel it is not appropriate to respond at the current stage. Maybe alpha (the south Gailee basin jv partner) may ann something. I wonder, if Bnds Koreans partners are willing to support financially.
