I was told mid December. If the AGM is next week then perhaps a few days after that.
Generally speaking companies don't usually make big announcements at AGM's.
The two big sellers at 36c and 37.5c account for half of the stock on the sell side.
Take them out of the equation and it's evenly poised with buyers and sellers.
Are they there for a reason or am I just reading too much into it.
The person who came in a few minutes back to buy 100,000 dollars worth of stock at 33c obviously is happy to buy at these levels. Perhaps he knows more then all of us.
