Obviously there isn't any offer to put to shareholders IMO.
Maybe there was / were "expressions of interest" back in July.
As we know alot has changed since then.....
- no sale progression partly because Q won't let anyone take a peek under the hood
- stockpiling of product due to the diminished U price with no guidence as to when that could end
- forfeiture of 40%
- another bout of legal action begun
- clearly no finance available hence heavily dilutive rights issue
- spot price stalling
- japan election - no politician will make restart decisions till that is well passed
IMO i doubt there is any active sale offer on the table @ present.
How many would of been happy with PDN or TOE shares as "the sale" currency.....
Evidently Q has no long term sales contracts which would have got us off the depressed spot pricing (or such contracts have sufficient flexibility to allow stockpiling till product is "required"). I wonder if this possibilty might have tripped many of us up when looking at the mines possible returns...
