Consolidation of 20:1 to proceed is voted on 15/12/14..... if, as expected it goes ahead then would take effect 01/01/15 is my understanding and our new company name would be black rock mining with 173M shares on issue (post consolidation). They have also mentioned raising $2.5M by issuing 50M shares at 0.05c also to be voted on 15/12/14.
These funds will be utilised with an extensive drilling campaign to commence in early 2015 to define a graphite resource (just as our neighbours KNL have done so)..... so looking forward to an exciting 2015 year ahead for holders! GLTAH
