Sol Lew is an extremely cunning operator, I have no proof of course but I wouldn't be surprised if he is the one shorting MYR (using a front company or broker of course) in an attempt to buy MYR at cheaply as possible, he could be shorting MYR to say $1, and than launch a hostile T/O and offer $1.40 saying look look im offering you 40% above market value, im giving you a great deal here (roll my eyes), and as usual its the mum and dad investors that will end up getting burnt, while the brokers and bankers who are probably in cahoots with Lew, take their % cut and smile all the way to the bank.
