I am not a tls holder.
For those who do hold I think you are in for a good year. I say this because as a rural tls isp subscriber. ADSL broardband is not available to me atm so i am a land line person.
It takes 3 dial ups now to get a connection that lasts for more than a minute.
That is a 33% increase.
My phone bill. That is another story.
why is it so.
