It would seem like the sky is falling again.
There is very few shares for sale under 10 cents, I heard $800K would buy all of them.
i.e 1/300th of FAR is for sale beneath 10 cents...
Whilst it may oscillate between now and the next round of ANN's, anyway you look at it - FAR is a bargain and nothing has changed, except for Oil which IMHO will recover.
