yep first i will try to get the facts and hear UBS/and or other JLM's points of view. its the worst managed ipo in asx history for a large cap. i dont think they even had enough insto's to cover the bookbuild. why bother ipo if was under subscribed. instos who bought at wednesday $5.75 are prepared to sell as low as $4.70 on friday(just 2 days later)

in meantime hope the company gets a few acquisitions in 2015. That should put it back above $5.00 and with some dividends make it respectable.
