    aih confirms distribution distrib will match PDS estimates of 15.75c which is 8.5% yield at current prices.
    Also new gas deal will boost distrib although dont know by how much.
    Distrib for 2007 of 28.5c = 9.6% yield, it does not get much better than that.
    Puzzling that sp sold off to 1.79 on Friday, cant find any explanation for it
