The upside for Frank P buying these parcels on market is bugger all considering he already has more than 5M shares and 5M options. He could just sit back and let it ride. Yet he keeps spending which must mean that he has no doubt that the shares are heading in one direction.

I wouldn't be surprised if our prospective Chinese partners are wrestling Stephen H to try and get hold of those BTAs to sign. Of course we need the PFS first so they will just have to wait patiently like the rest of us.

Caveat: Frank P and the rest of us could be wrong, so sell your kids only if you don't like them.
