PURCHASE OF FORSGREN NZ LTD CARL'S JR. STORES COMPLETED

Restaurant Brands wishes to advise that it has now completed its purchase of
the seven Carl's Jr. stores previously owned by Forsgren NZ Ltd, bringing its
total Carls' Jr. store numbers to 17.
