Trustpower 7 Year Unsecured Fixed Rate Senior Bonds
Trustpower confirms that its Offer of senior bonds announced on 17 November
2014 has now closed.
A total of $105 million has been raised under the Offer at an interest rate
of 5.63% per annum.  The bonds have a maturity date of 15 December 2021.
The General Offer of $75 million was fully subscribed.
An amount of $27.018 million was accepted under the Exchange Offer.
Oversubscriptions of $2.982 million were accepted under the General Offer
representing 3.98% of the General Offer.
The allotment date for the bonds will be Monday 15 December and trading is
expected to commence on the NZX Debt Market on Thursday 18 December.
Trustpower is pleased with the successful outcome of this bond issue.
