Timing of a communication this morning from A T20 holder to me may indicate timing points to London. PALA are London based. However Gus recently on a trip to Europe may indicate Areva. I speculate....

This IMO will put paid to the nonsense posted regarding more contracts required.before funding can be secured.

Now the implication Gavin and Tutes are insiders. To coin a phrase so often used here "spare us the conspiracy theories". 3 years ago it was I am "Gus" LOL.

Also puts paid to the ongoing theories put up that until the hearing outcome is known no funding would be secured.

I speculate it wont be Pala unless the deal keeps their holding below 51%.

But my money is now on Areva or PALA or combination of both. Inclusive of taking care of the Blackrock requirement.

Very positive indeed, no matter what the outcome PEN now heads to the long awaited production phase.

If the funding is avaable soon, then production Qtr2 2015 is very possible.
