1) You cannot hide bad announcements by announcing these on the weekends or at midnight etc
2) Keep announcements factual without all the dreams attached ie 2 P 9 Billion BPD etc
3) If the share price moves significantly prior to any positive announcements it looks bad for the company ie" cat out of the bag" Institutions look at this history before investing in companies ones that do are considered spivies.
4) I suspect its all too late anyway
