this looks really oversold. market is pricing in a total failure, when in reality sales look to be trending broadly flat. with the reopened stores, it comes to slight eps growth. dont know what the market is doing here. they are shorting it 5-10% percentage points every day....p/e is single digit, and selling at over 9%ff yield...
rate cuts are likely next year, at least 2 of them, one in february is 100% locked.
