IMO the market is pricing PDN at around 33 - 34c which is about what HOPU have paid per share for their stake in the company. With that in mind, along with shorters and general market volatility, PDN have their work cut out....
Bring on 2015!!! I read somewhere that Japan consumes 1/8th of global U supply. That's a huge number. Obviously, the Japanese nuclear restarts is a significant factor in the U spot price.
