The 30,000 $100 notes are interest free!! They sure are BUT they either pay an additional $300,000 if they buy the notes back inside 6 months or $600,000 if bought back between 6 and 12 months or a combination of both plus $280,000 worth of shares at current price!!! These guys can spin it like politicians, sounds like interest to me, 10% for 6 months and 20% between 6 month and 12 months, nice guaranteed return for someone. If not they get a refurbished processing plant and unnamed number of mining leases which is surely worth $3mill if sold off.
