and ARP. Check out it's dreadful chart of recent. Only 3 or 4 weeks ago or so, this was one of Roger Montgomery's and his goons ranting buys. Who thinks he would still be holding? I suspect his intent was to ramp this to the retail audience so he could sell out - typical R.M. playbook behaviour imo.
