I think alot of people will miss the real point of this ann, it sets the stage for the rest of the world to see that our FR chemicals are superior and the US military want it. Its like saying heres the keys to my car install that turbo and if it pumps out the power I was looking for do it to the rest of my cars. It will essentially snow ball to more potential takers. 50k, is not the ann here its a grant to put that turbo in.
