This would be great, but I don't think MBE have any interest in it.

For example, another DCB operator, Bokuh, or something like that, operate on Telstra and Optus. They provide DCB that allows anyone paying for Android apps via Google play to put that payment on their Telstra/Optus bill.

MBE could theoretically get on in this game too. But again, they don't have any interest.

And I am ok now that I know what MBE are trying to do. They are ushering in a future of Customer Acquisition, which is a huge market and they're trying to keep it all to them selves at this time. They may open it up eventually and allow others to take advantage of what Convey does but at the moment, they've got a good business plan that doesn't need to change.
