I think this depends on your investment time frame and your downside/upside targets, but 5-6% is hardly free falling, especially when the overall market is struggling this week. There are a few times in the recent TPG past (2 years) where the share price has fallen more than this, and yet the smart money keep buying into a good company regardless.
