I too have been wondering how GCN's dealings with the liquidator are going? What I read from GCN itself made it seem to me like GCN was having a constructively friendly chat obout liquidation over a beer with the liquidator.
I too can't see what's in it for the creditors if a change is made to administration. That would risk GCN losing even more money - something they have been adept at doing for all their 14 years of existence.
Mind you, I can't see what the existing assets might be that will pay the ATO when GCN Pty Ltd is liquidated.
