The shares rose 22 percent to HK$3.39 as of 10:18 a.m in Hong Kong. The city’s benchmark Hang Seng Index gained 0.1 percent. CGN sold 8.83 billion shares at HK$2.78 apiece, the top of its price range, in Hong Kong’s biggest initial public offering in two years.
