Hey, I think that Adrian has exercised his option to a million shares, this gets interesting because he took the option to get them at 15.5 cents, however the SP has dropped slightly from that jump from when he exercised it . The timing of Adrian exercising these options are giving a hint that something is really brewing with phoenix and he chose to exercise them earlier than later on .
