No-one is knocking the bloke for putting 1.2m in, relative to his taking up his rights at a later time. imo
Its just the 16 plus million Dollars that went up in a puff of smoke for the taking out of an unwinnable M&D C Matter, it appears. imo
Where did the 2.5m go they had on the 7/12/2014?
On another note,
Can some-one tell if AGS is placed in receivership, then it is in our favour compared to the BBros.
ie The Assets of the Company has to be realised by the Receiver appointed?
The Asset ACE (25% of B4M) would have to be defined, as in the total of the Resource.
The BBros would be forced to disclose with further exploration needed.
AGS is free carried. imo
It would get very messy for H/Q? BBros?. imo
The Receivers could sell ACE, the Shares in ORS, then wind up AGS and/or continue with Alliance Chile giving cash and scrip in the new venture for existing Shareholders. imo
Just throwing things out there as I am no expert in Receiverships or other for that matter.
and I just want an end to this mess. Somehow!
