Liam - Zub has explained that. He has said that he still believes PEN has a great asset and believes there may be a much better opportunity to exit. But clearly he has lost faith in management and is ruing what he believes have been lost opportunities (such as ignoring the bonds opportunity). He now believes management are being held over a barrel of their own making. He doesn't mind calling a spade a spade - which is just as a legitimate an approach as those who prefer to pussyfoot around the issues or never take their rose-colored glasses off.
