I know , it seems par for the course for AZZ directors but why is the company continuing to buy back shares and convertible notes at a time when energy stocks are taking a beating?
You would think cash is king at a time like this.
By exhausting their cash, they will have placed the entire worth of the company on some fading shares in another Oil and gas company and some unproven acreage.
