Agree with what you say, Shareholders calling an EGM now is too late.
I recently posted that all that's been happening is deliberate on the part of the Director/s!
ie Running our funds down to the brink if we lost the Court Action. imo
The Directors would have allowed for the consequences. imo
Tolliday was possibly brought in for a purpose before the "event".! imo
