Absolutely no point Mauro. Ching supports AB to the hilt and visa versa. Same is evident with Bryan and several Directors.
There is no way the solidarity of the old boys club can be dismantled. They have it sewn up.
It is a pity they haven't worked as diligently for us as they have for themselves. If they had we would probably have a teleport on the moon by now.
The only hope lies with ExIm because they could make the Board dance to any tune they want to play because they hold our future in their hands right now or with regulatory authorities.
There is enough smoke around that it is a wonder ASIC haven't started an investigation to see if there is also a fire. There had been a lot of rumours re ASIC and even ASX looking in to Newsat but I think they are both toothless tigers especially on such a small fish as Newsat. If they are going to throw umpteen millions at an investigation they would be looking at a return on investment. No hope of that out of our coffers. The only end result [if they found just cause} would be that Newsat would hit the wall.
