The above net asset values (NAVs) are unaudited and net of fees and tax.

The NAV per share is after deducting treasury stock (shares acquired under
the Kingfish buyback programme) - currently nil.

The Diluted NAV describes the effect on NAV if all warrants in existence
(KFLWC) were exercised today at $1.18. At 10 December 2014, 30,448,940
warrants are on issue and may be exercised on 6 November 2015. The actual
exercise price of each warrant is $1.29 less the dividends per share declared
by the Company between 13 November 2014 and 6 November 2015. A dividend of
2.66 cents per share was declared in November 2014 and three more dividends
of 2.66 cents per share have been assumed. The current estimated Exercise
Price is $1.18.
