Just remind me, how does ENG actually make money by giving away phone services and subsidised hardware and no long term lock in contracts?
Convince me otherwise, I know the fact is that the churn factor in this market is virtually 100%, and every single contract is up for tender every 12 months and a sexy backpacker with a motivated attitude will be around every 11th month to churn you over to the new company she is working for this year!
