Montauk66, Macquarie Bank are forecasting F17 Earnings growing at around 6% p.a on F15 forecast NPAT of $81m (their research note dated 18 November )
At the current SP of $1.15 MRM is on a PE of about 5.4 and a Dividend Yield of 11.3% or 16.15% with franking credits added back.
Yes it is pretty scary at the moment but markets are very irrational and tend to overshoot on the way down and the way up. Whichever way you look at it the SP is incredibly low and there is a significant margin of safety for buyers who have the courage of their convictions today to buy in at these levels. DYOR
