Dingyi could well have 10% in ELM now, as they only needed an extra 1.814 million shares to achieve this from their announcement on 25/11.
Since 25/11 there has been 3.67 million shares traded (including todays million), so if around half of them were bought by Dingyi they will have 10%.
Does this present any major pros/cons?
