Try doing some research.
Fya go p16 of UNX annual report 30/06/2014 which lists the incentives should an off take agreement get signed by 31/12/2014 (tranche 5) while a PFS by same date is tranche 4. On each occassion 500,000 rights are granted if successful. Mgmt are doing everything they can to meet these deliverables. 20 days to go. Enjoy the ride.
